DeLeón Old Fashioned (above)

By DeLeón Tequila

1½ oz. DeLeón Reposado
¼ oz. Mezcal
1 bar spoon agave nectar
2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass over clean cubed and cracked ice until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a single, clean, large format rock. Garnish with an orange peel.

2 oz. The Black Grouse
3½ oz. Tomato Juice (we love McClure’s Bloody Mary Mix)
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. Worcestershire sauce
Pinch celery salt
Pinch fresh horseradish

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with a gherkin, pickled onion and piece of bacon.

1 part Cruzan® Estate Diamond Light Rum
½ part fresh lime juice
2 parts lemonade
2 parts iced tea
Mint for garnish

Build ingredients over large ice cube in rocks glass. Garnish with lime and mint.


Black Gold

1½ CÎROC Amaretto
3 oz. cola

Combine ingredients in a rocks glass and stir gently.

Youth Serum (above)

By Del Frisco’s Grille
2 oz. Ketel One vodka
1½ oz. lemon sour
½ oz. simple syrup
1 tbsp. diced cucumber
11 mint leaves (1 for garnish)

Pour all ingredients into a shaker and fill it with ice. Shake vigorously 10 to 15 times. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a mint sprig.

Bonus: A Simple Scotch or Whisk(e)y on the Rocks

1 shot of Scotch/whisk(e)y (You might try any (or all!) of the following: Usquaebach 15 Year Old, Glenfiddich 12 Year Old, Balvenie Caribbean Cask Aged, Ledaig 18 Year Old)
1 cube or sphere of ice

Add ice to glass and pour spirit over it. Serve immediately.
