The holidays are a prime time to bust out all the best festive seasonal cocktails, and this year, we’ve got a roundup with local flair! Voila, some cocktail recipes from some of our favorite Dallas bars, just waiting to spice up your holidays, whether you’re partying with friends or family, or whipping something just for you at your home bar. So break out the nice glassware and get ready for a celebration in a glass. And happy holidays!

Backwoods Cider

By The Woolworth
1 oz Apple Brandy
1/2 oz. Stillhouse Red Hot
1/2 oz. Lemon
3 oz. chai cider
Garnish: Lemon and star anise
Add all ingredients into toddy mug. Top with chai cider. Garnish with lemon and star anise.

Irish Orchard

1 oz. Stillhouse Apple Crisp
1 oz. Irish Whiskey
3/4 oz. Mathilda da Poire

Peychauds bitters
Stillhouse Red Hot foam*
Garnish: Apple crisp and cinnamon
Add all ingredients into a shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into coupe. Top with Stillhouse Red Hot foam and garnish with apple crisp and cinnamon.

Stillhouse Red Hot foam
The foam topping the Irish Orchard is a combination of Stillhouse Red Hot, egg white, and a house made autumn syrup (brown sugar, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup). Those ingredients are then placed into a CO2 Canister then charged to create the foam. The garnish on the cocktail is a house-made apple crisp.

Shine On

By Parliament
1 oz. Stillhouse Original
1/2 oz. lemon
1/4 oz. peach liqueur
1/4 tsp. sugar
Champagne
Garnish: Lemon peel
Add all ingredient except champagne into a shaker. Shake vigorously and double strain into a coupe. Top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon peel.

White Lightning

By High & Tight
1 1/2 oz. Stillhouse Original
1/2 oz. Cocchi
1/2 oz. Ancho Reyes
Dash citrus bitters
Garnish: Lemon peel
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir and strain into a coupe. Garnish with lemon peel.

    That Irish Orchard seems perfect for any party. And the ingredients are not that hard to find so anyone can really make it and be part of their event. Thanks for sharing it with us.
